Should I leave it or twist it out. If so what's the best approach to that without add reflex or deflex?

it looks like a string would already run right down the middle...if so I think you are good to go and will have a nice snaky bow. :OK

I've bent this over a fire about five times just to get the string to line up. It's been a real jerk about becoming a bow sofar😀. I've got it to brace but I'm curious about the prop twist. Will it Rob cast terribly?

From what I can see in the picture there's not enough to worry about. Nice stave!

I have made plenty if prop twisted bows just to see what happened. It takes a bunch more than you would believe to affect the bow in a negative manner.

I've been told by several old bowyers that a little prop twist makes them faster... :)

Looks like a cool stave to me. Don't worry to much about the prop twist. Especially if your not flipping tips. Just get the spring to line up and tiller that one out nice. It's going your favorite.

Many times if the prop twist is not much while braced and shooting the bow will pull a lot of the twist out.30 degrees or less I really don't worry about it.Above 45 degrees I do and take it out on the form while reflexing all in one shot.

That's an easy way too.Been there and done that.In your case here though I really don't think the prop twist is much to be concerned with.Most times these things are up to the individual.Forms are a part of bow making sooner or later depending on how far a person wants to take them.

I like the snakes.
You could probably get away with NOT straightening that one, easily. It's not hard at all to take that much (little) twist out during heat treating the belly, and that's a good time to correct deflex, fix front to back wiggles, or add reflex, too. I like to thin the limbs down a lot first, to about floor-tillering thickness. Just keep the belly pretty much flat and parallel to the flat of the back.

55 lbs @ 25 inches. Left is bottom and still stiff I know But I want some professional or at least better bowyer's opinions. Thanks

Idk if I'd call myself a better bowyer;
but I would have tried to even out those limbs before you got to 25". more like 18" is where that should be all out before drawing further.

I think I'm just a few scrapes away from getting that bottom limb around I hope I can smooth it out by 27 inchesish

The angle of the picture isn't the greatest. its better to have camera more square to bow. harder to judge bend this way but to me it looks like your a bit stiff mid and outer limb. that right limb coming out of fade looks dangerously close to a hinge if it isn't already. if I'm seeing it right Id put a X there and NOT remove wood there.

My porch wasn't wide enough to get a straight on shot. I will move my tillerin post this weekend and show more pics. It does look like a hinge but there's a flat spot in that right limb between the bends. I think the stick is still a little green. It's 1.5 inches wide by 5/8 deep. Should be closer to 100 pounds not 60 so I'm gonna let it sit a while and try again. I had to heat up the limbs to get it back to straight. It took two inches of set on that post. Its been a bow blank for a month now. I would've thought for sure that it was ready. But I've been wrong before........a bunch. Never stopped me from doing what I do though 😋
