Title: Finished another Osage selfbow
Post by: Olschool on March 24, 2009, 03:43:50 pm: I picked up a stave that caught my eye last weekend at OJAM and finished it up this morning
64" ntn, 60@29" hemp wrap and finished with paraffin

Beautiful bow. I like the hemp wrap and the knot hole. Very clean looking.

Timo, if I ever find some nice Osage like you just split out I might be able to make a good bow ;D

I thought of that too late, around the campfire we talked about that, I could have put a whisker biscuit there to mess with the wheely boys >:D

For a change we got a little rain, too little, but it did make a nice picture ;)
