i know that your a canook and all but even in canada they have the NWTF
it stands for National Wild Turkey Federation, they are the ones responsible for putting wild turkeys in canada and establish
enough of a population so that even canooks could have the opportunity to hunt one of the toughest things on the continent.

beleive it or not,i had a bunch of canooks ask the same question about 4 yrs ago at Pocono int'l raceway (thats a NASCAR track for those canooks that dont know)
so eventually with our eforts there should be enough turkeys up there that it will be more wide spread and hunting them wont be done on just a lottery basis.
after all the wild turkey is one of the most adaptible species in the world, the ycan live in virtually any climate and they eat over 700 differant types of plants/bugs and insects
