Title: Of all the places...
Post by: KShip85 on December 06, 2009, 11:29:28 pm
Went up to Chicago yesterday to pick up a kiln I won on eBay and visit some cousins.  Upon leaving their little addition I caught sight of some hedgeapples on the ground.  I very quickly caught sight of the tree and it must have been over a foot thick and clean for ten feet or more.  Why could this thing not been growing in my woods?!?  I saw plenty of bow wood over the four hour trip there but this one took the cake!

I would find out who owns the tree and ask if they need it removed...you never know they might just say yes...i know all the farmers in my area want the damn things gone because of all the spines...they hate em

It was probably groomed, that is why it grew that way.
