Here is the first osage bow i have done since i moved to montana. Been spending so much time hunting and having fun i havent got to make many really nice bows, just a few cookie cutters to pay some bills. But this one i just finished up last night. its 62" long and 55# @ 27". The shape is 100% natural i didnt adjust the shape at all, the natural R\D shape was perfectly in place so why monkey with it? I sanded the crap out of this bow to get it really smooth, fit it with a chocolate colored deer hide grip and strike-plate and tips of Ipe which match the grip perfectly. dacron string with bobcat fur silencers. its a pleasure to shoot and certainly has enough throw to stick a deer, but i dont really for-see me shooting it a whole lot, with elk at hand next year i will probably go 65# or better on another bow, But I am still very happy with this one either way.- Ryan

I was wondering where you'd been Twistedlimbs. I'm glad to see you're still here.
It's always good to see the bows you make - that one looks really nice. I've always liked how you stitch in the shelf with the wrap.
Hope things are going well for you. Nice job!

Nice, classic lines and your usual spot on tiller !! I think that the tip and grip color scheme is perfect for that bow. Been admiring your work for awhile now - always looks great !!
