That's a neat looking bow. I'm surprised it held together all the way to 28" - that's a lot to ask of such a short bow.
-
I saw him pull it back never made a sound ,tense moment( cameron's draw length is 20in)

here is another pic of my nephews bow

WOW! I can't believe that bow has held together, considering all the bending is happening right at the fades!!

I am with you ADB that thing is scary at the fades. I think I would re tiller that before I gave it to a kid.

Why would you even want to pull a kid's bow back that far? It will either break or take a horrible set. ???

Hey Oldways,
Nice little bow, bet he's happy as puppy in a warm blanket ;D

It is a fine looking kids bow. What is the overall length, and what is the draw weight at 20".
Like Gordon mentioned, no need to abuse it by pulling it so far.
-
Wow! If that doesnt brake at that upper fade i'd be shocked. :'( I'm sure the cherry has to be fretting like crazy there. Be careful ! :o

If it breaks, let us know. Otherwise, I've bookmarked your bow for February Laminates BOM, if you don't mind.

Thanks for all the comments. I wanted to make sure this bow would be safe for my nephew thats why I took it all the way. If it broke i wanted it to break on me not him. He is eight and his draw is 18" the bow measures 49" tip to tip. It tillers nice at his draw, and He has been shooting it often for about eight months now. Oldbow I dont mind at all if you bookmark it
