Title: trees to ID

hi i live in southeastern new york and am wondering about a few trees. all these trees grow in very wet conditions
and tree number 2 and 3 are small trees never growing more then 10 feet (if that)

We will need more than just bark pics. Twigs with buds will help as well as the overall view of the tree.

Could be anything from ash oak gum sasafrass locust...etc..  skinny one could be black birch scratch it if it smells like root beer....could even be a young pine  really hard to tell without more to show!
