Title: Big Cypress Shootout (Pic Heavy)
Post by: Parnell on February 28, 2010, 11:10:44 pm: Well, I made it to the event on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was great for me and because the weather stunk. It started raining when I arrived so I hunkered down under the tarp with Claude Van Order and got a 4 hour private flintknapping tutorial. Can't say how nice Claude and his wife Debbie are. Their dog Rocco is cool too. I've actually picked up some skills to where I can make a point that doesn't completely suck, now. Whew Hoo! Today was the much better day. Simply perfect weather and my wife Angie when nuts taking pictures at my request. I'll be loading them up here...

You see the picture of her at knife point? I think they caught her trying to take secret pictures! Ha!

it does but thay are mountain man rendezvous and there is only like one or two a years one is at old fort parker not sure where the other is
