Folks around here say that we actually do have a 2' snow coming in the relatively near future. This was supposedly in the Farmers Almanac. It's been feeling like spring around here too. With the warm rains coming the trees and flowers ought to be popping soon. It is still early for us up here in the mountains as we can and usually do get frosts up to and beyond May 15. Last year our last frost was May 17.

I've been hearing all that farmer's almanac snow panic stuff everyday-people around here rate the almanac right up with the bible for some reason. Even as warm as it's been, we still have plenty of snow on the ground above about 3,000 feet.

I got rained out at Work on Monday after just one Hour....and today ...we got a whole 4 hours before they Snowed Us out....got another 3 inches of the White Stuff...now it quit...and the Sun is out....go figure.... ::)

week and a half back we had about 19" snow pack, now were lees than 8" and raining nice and slow all day.
suposed to be like this the rest of the week.
by this time next week it should be just about all gone.the rain should clear all excess sand from the streets
and time to get bike our for the years first ride

Good one Pat. I've seen 2 feet of snow before but not 10 toes of snow ;D

I feel lucky. I'm above 3,000' and it was in the 80's today with 40% humidity.

Maybe this week Pat. The farmers almanac is at least as accurate as the weather man.

Good one, you had me with the subject line. ;D
