I just finished up a 10" mahogany blade and had a mini stroke everytime I removed material. That blade probably would of hospitalised me. Great work man!

You did have a busy weekend. I did some research on dance swords/Ramey knives. Most of them show evidence of a cord that was used to tie it to the dancers wrist. It would be some real bad luck to drop and break it during a religous ceremony. Bill

Bill, i have it wrapped with braintanned buck skin. Should i redo it with cordage?
