Ok this isnt a great deal of insight but I was just making a pyramid bow. I remembered someone saying that they dont bend enough at the fades. well it was 2 1/2 at the fades and I keep filling till they did bend evenly at the fades and Whoahhhh now there is another problem. Its a lot thinner then the rest of the limb and hastily took too much off.
So like they saying goes check often, id say every 10 stroke with a file or scraper.
now to start the process all over again..uuugh i love this stuff

I thought pyramid bows were tillered by width and not thickness reduction but I've never made a really wide one and I've always tillered by width and thickness tillering for those. Jawge

i've gone to 2 3/4 on a pyramid and jawge your right tiller with by limb width
