Title: will snake skin change the tiller?

I would like to snake skin a longbow when it is done.  Will doing this change the bows tiller or draw if I use dried skin and titebond 2 or 3?  Also should I re-wet the skins before gluing?  I have never done it before but read a ton of old posts and couldn't find the answers???
