I have been making some arrows lately, thought you might like them. Footings are walnut and purperheart

You do very nice work Stefan. Are your footings hand cut or do you use a router. Either way they are beautifully done. 8)

The grooves in the cedar shaft are cut using a dremel mounted on a plank fitted with a dremel v-groove 640 bit. I made a clamp to hold the arrow. I will post a picture tommorow.

They are just too Pretty....I could not Shoot them at a Target...for fear of ruining one........... ;)

I footed it like the other arrows, when it was almost ready I steamed the part where the walnut footing and the cedar shaft meet each other and then I twisted the footing and shaft in opposite direction. I used two arrow pullers for good grip.

great looking shafts iv made a few footed shafts none a good lookin as yours the twisting i have not yet tried great work
