Looking to trade a tanned coyote hide for anything that has to do with primitive archery. The hide is in good shape just don't have any use for it. If anyone out there has something they'd be interested in trading for it, I'd entertain any offers.
-
Will you post pics of the coyote hide?
-
I'll see what I can do about getting some pictures of the coyote. Thanks for the interest

I'm interested and have things to trade. What are you looking for?
-
thanks justin. its a pretty nice yote. pat let me know what you've got. i'd like bow building tools or material but wouldn't rule out other things.
-
If you don't trade with Pat I have some Snake skins available mostly western Diamondbacks but a few others too.
-
nooooooo yall are quick on the draw! i want it third! lol
-
I have staves, will soon have sourwood shoots and hill cane for arrows, a few feathers. Any of that interest you?
-
The staves interest me. What kind of wood are we talking about? The cane arrows interest me too. Have they been straightened and spined yet?
-
I have osage, locust, maple, black walnut, mulberry, hickory and probably others. The cane hasn't been harvested yet but it will be raw hill cane , not arrows and not already spined. I don't want you to miss out on the fun part! ;D
-
Are the staves seasoned and ready to work?
-
All completely seasoned(at least 2 years) and ready to work! ;)
-
How many staves do you think the yote hide is worth to you? I wouldn't mind to have an black walnut and hickory stave.

Probably one but let me look and see what they look like. Do you have an idea what you want to build? If so I can reduce the stave(s) for cheaper shipping.
-
I'd prefer full length. 1 stave would be OK in a good piece of hickory if you got it. I'd say I'll attempt to make a bow out of it. Let me know if that's OK with you.
-
Sounds good to me. How long of a bow do you want? I believe the hickory stave is at least 68" long.
-
Pat,
That will work fine. Email me your shipping info. nlester@barr.k12.in.us
