Title: Finally stoned one (graphic pictures)

I have been trying to shoot a deer with one of my own points  an tonite it all came togeather. Shot this little button buck with cane arrow , osage bow an stone point, I would like to thank every one on here who I got advice or traded for materials to make arrows an especially the help with the knapping. Just to add a frosting to the cake my son helped me with the recovery of this deer, I am a truly blessed man. Wished the pics were a little better but it was dark an in a multiflora rose thicket. Everybody keeps commenting on size , I guess it is pretty big for button buck an probably only 5 months old. Lots of crops here in my part of nw penna. Later bob

Awesome Bob. Wish I'd of been around to help you look for him. He is nice sized for a button buck.  Congrats on not only your first stone point kill but also your first self bow kill ! Feels good don't it!  ;D

 Curious to what your bow weight and your arrow weight was,shot distance,tree stand,ground,general imfo please?
