Title: Yew Longbow

Classic Longbow called "Fox" now ready.   55#@28" length 70,5"
The tips are not classic, but efficient and looks nice for me.

That's a beaut, I like the tips, you've got 'em blended in really smoothly.
Beautiful bit of Yew, great tiller, I bet that shoots smooth and sweet.

Very nice and well executed classic Yew longbow imo;-). Your nocks might not be "classic", but I prefer yours over the typical horn "caps"...they kinda have the best of both worlds (hunting and classic english archery).

Tiller looks good, but hard to judge for me since the bow has some wavy parts (or so it seems).

Yew might not be my favorite wood...but NOTHING beats that look:-)

I've seen a lot of long bows, and would like to dissagree with ya......that is about as classic a long bow as I ever saw. Very Very nicely done.

awesome bow Beav! I love yew and that is sweet. nocks are,as said above, cool with a tip of the hat to the traditional horn nocks. good job!

That's a nice one!  I think I prefer those nocks to the horn caps.  Great looking bow!

Looks very nice and I like the tip overlays. Are those horn or antler?
What did you wrap the handle with? I can't quite make out if that's leather or some sort of cord wrapping. Either way, it looks great!
