Title: Gull wing

Ive got a sapling bow I just started working on.
It's got a wonderful natural gull wing shape. The last gull wing bow I had broke early right out of the handle.
Id like for this bow to survive.

What tips do ya'll have for getting this tricky tiller and some pics would great also.

I was just after a picture of a well tillered gull wing bow.



Im mostly interested in what it should look like right after the handle area.

Anybody have a pic of a nice gull wing tiller?
For me to use as a reference.

I'm hesitant to even string it now cause I only have a vague idea of how it should look. It could maybe use a lil steaming as well, to take some de-flex outta one limb.
I'll post a pic of my progress when I get it bending some more, it's floor tillered now.

Here are some pictures of a Gull Wing. The tiller is O/k I think but it stacks a little and I'm told this is due to string angle. It is quite a sever gull wing 70" X 52lb at 27" of ash, so you could modify the shape a little to give you slightly less of a string angle

heres two 48 inch gullwinged bows not as extreme as wallys but ...
