I hope ya don't get tired of my posts. I knap almost every day. The dark one is Georgetown , the other came out of the Colorado river. Not sure what it is , looks like rootbeer but it is a little differant. Think I'm going to haft them.

Man I hope im half as good as you some day tower! Do you start with raw rock or slabs? Do you by chance have any videos? I would like to see you knock one of those puppys out ;D

Elktracker, Mostly raw or treated rock I've gathered myself. I have worked slabs but not many. If someone wants a knife w/antler handle I use a slab.  Slabs make great points but I like seeing percussion scares.
