Might be the wrong place to ask but was wondering if anyone here knows how to make an all wood rocking chair or know someone who does. The wife wants one and i figured i would take a break from making bows and arrows to make her happy. Thanks for your help.

Yeah, I can help you out if you give me some more information.
What style of chair are you wanting to build?
What tools do you have available?
What level of joinery are you comfortable with?
There are a number of plans available for just about anything you would want to build and we could modify them to suit you if necessary.

Go back and watch the opening scenes of The Patriot with Mel Gibson....he's trying out his newly finished high backed rocking chair when it fails in an epic manner. It gets funnier when they show him getting mad and throwing it on a huge pile of similarly failed rockers!
Oh, not that YOU are going to fail! :o I mean, you are a bowyer! If it doesn't work quite right, you can always pike it down to a footstool.
Check a company called Van Dyke's Restorers, they used to sell plans and kits for Mission style furniture. And of course, whatever you build, be sure to post pics of it here! It ain't bow porn, but at least it's wood! Good luck!

I followed Eric's link and found a few (37 at last count) projects I'd like to try my hand at, including a Mission Style rocking chair that looks fairly easy to build and solid as a brick of gold.
Geez, like I don't have enough half finished projects already!
