Title: dry/cured bow staves wanted

Howdy folks, I'm looking for a stave...something other than Osage and I am looking for one that is dry/cured.  I have Osage that was cut in Feb. and am willing to trade 2 Osage staves for a decent bow stave.  Would like to try something like Hackberry, Mulberry, HopHornbeam, etc.  Drop me a PM if you are interested and I can shoot a pic or two of an Osage stave that may meet you needs.  Many thanks~

I have some clean hackberry I would trade Lee. Are you coming to Grayling this weekend? I can bring it.

I'll be at the MTB Jamboree in Grayling this evening.  Hit me up.  I can reserve you a very nice hickory stave and I have lots of seasoned ash to play with.  Swing on by!

Hey guys, I wish like heck I could make it up there this weekend,  I have friends and family in town this weekend so I'll have to make it next year  :-\

If both of you care to hold onto those staves I'll figure out a way to get you some osage and take the Hack, Hick and Ash off your hands.

Sounds good, Lee.  Don't know if I'll be able to hang onto the hickory since I only have a couple pieces of that, but I know I'll have more ash.  Maybe I can trade straight up some ash for hackberry.  I've been wanting to try that.

I have plenty of hackberry. I will reserve a nice, clean one just for you Lee. Just tell me when you want it. Maybe we could meet up the first of August in Elm Hall.

Sure, but do you just debark those or do you have to chase a ring on em  O:)
