Title: staves...pics of trade materials added
Post by: deepsix406 on August 11, 2011, 04:38:40 am
Im from montana, with a relatively limited bow wood selection, built dozens of mtn maple, and board bows, now im interested in staves/billets i cant get my hands on locally. Ive got lots of materials to trade; flemish loop strings of all sizes,
two un-planed bamboo backing strips, couple ipe belly lams,

bakers dozen raw-square tamarack arrow shafts, a router-mount shaft turning tool that makes the square shafts round.

i also consider myself a talented fly tier, i tie mostly dry fly's and massive amounts of marabou jigs(killer on spring rainbows and walleye)

and a bleched duck skull i just finished up

Did you make the router jig? If so do you have plans on how to make it? Thanks.
