I have a question? and would like some help. Which leg, the front and back leg do you use for making a handle for a flint knife. Would someone post a picture and how they made the handle. Any information would be helpful. Thanks Tom

I use front or rear ,usually the lower bone. I will see if I can find a picture, I just cut a slot in it and halt it like I would an arrow point. :) :)

i cut a slot in the bone and enlarged it with a dremmel. then glue the point in. then wrap with wet rawhide strip. let dry overnight and painted it. The knife blade has a tang which is just as wide as the bone (or a tiny bit wider). this tang is the full length of the wrapping.
