Title: gettin rusty

been too busy building stone walls and patios. finally had a break so i knocked this one out. the stone is israeli chert. a buddy of mine went to vist his family there and brought me back a few chunks. should of waited to use it till i was back in the groove though. this stuff is a cross between knife river and dacite. excellent material

Looks like a groovy point to me! Sweet rock. That's kinda neat. Knapping a stone from the promise land.

thanks guys, been a while since i did some finish knapping. i actually had to think about what i was doing , rather than having it just come naturally

WOW! thats incredible! feel free to send me some any rusty points that look like that to add to my collection! i tried knapping once! in the span of about 3 minutes.. i cut myself and snapped the piece into 3 pieces.. lol and thats the extent of my knapping skill.. so yeah feel free to throw some of those rust points my way haha!
