Title: who has made home made sleeves

i was wondering if any one has made some....and what kind of tubing and what size...and if the tubing could be shaped....john

If you dont mind me asking are you talking about a takedown sleeve? I made some, not 100% sure on sizes, my buddy owns a metal shop I just whent in and found the tubing that fit together well then I cut it to size and put it in a press and made it slightly oval so it couldnt spin. Sorry not much help  ???

Ya what I used worked alright but what I would really like to do is buy a real one from 3 rivers or something or borrow one from someone and then have my buddy at the metal/whelding shop make me a bunch :D
