Title: quiver for a young man
Post by: beetlebailey1977 on December 23, 2011, 01:27:48 am
I made the quiver out of some sueded leather backed with heavier leather with a longhorn cattle hide strap (hair on).  It has a cane in it for the stiffener.  Also made him up six arrows.  This goes with the hickory bow I posted in the bow section as a set.

Nice job BB!  I haven't seen the bow, but I like a quiver.  Now he needs a tab/glove and a cool arm guard, both made out of that steer hide.   >:D sorry, thought it might be a good idea tho. dpg

Thanks.....I have thought about the arm guard already......dont need a glove as I put finger savers on the string for him just to make it simple for him now.
