Title: Birch bow
Post by: mspink on December 24, 2011, 07:26:18 pm
Hey guys, Been a bit since i posted a bow. This bow is the second half of a birch tree I cut last year. You guys may remember the first that I made a while back and posted on here. This one is 59" long and 45lbs @ 28". Has been drawn out to 29 because I made this for a friend. Its backed with linen, Burlap handle. 1 1/4" set. Pretty happy with it. 2" wide at the widest. Enjoy.

Very nice work.  I like the character in that bow.  Nice full draw too.

Very nice. I am currently in the process of making a birch bow, and this is very encouraging.
