man oh man, 'bout crapped my pants when i saw all those big a## point's, i gotta get to a knapp-in like that, Bub
-
Bubby, Everytime I see Dan I have to take his points out and look at them. I watched him break a big Clovis on the last flake pass when my Buddy Rick's girlfriend offered him a Muffin :'(.
-
i bet mullet, if i saw them in person I'd probably get a gravel rash on my tongue , Bub
-
WOW!! :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o Those are some AWESOME lookin cases full of points! I have got to get to one of these knap-ins!! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!!!!!!!
-
Will, he had at least 8 tables of cased points and a basket of points for $10 an inch. And they are all paper thin.
-
Dan's a real nice fellow,my favorite point he has is were he took a flute from a Clovis and knapped another point and has it lying in the flute Chanel.
Roger over and out
-
Man! Some of that stuff is just almost unbelievable!
-
My goodness that is some awesome knapping. :o
George
-
Roger, you can see that flute/point in the second picture. That big, brown Cumberland.
-
I've never been to a knap-in that Dan Theus has attended, but every time I see pic's of his frames I am just floored.

Steve;
Dan'sbeen coming down here for severa years and like Roger said, a super, nice guy. He doesn't mind at all if you take his points out of the cases and look them over.
-
Dan is a real nice guy. I try to sit by him at Greasy Creek and study the way he set's up his isolated platforms. After he gets to biface stage he uses them for just about every flake, Mike Smyth
