Your points are really nice even when your not trying.
-
Those are very nice. You are your worst enemy on that look great.
-
Your points are so thin!! You could probably make two points out of one of mine because they are so much thicker. I know that thinning will come with tonage (see I do listen :P) but do you have any one piece of advice that you think I should work on now? Great point ;)

Awesome work Tower! Killer points!

Chertie, know your limits. I thin with percussion & pressure . Mostly pressure. You have a really good grasp on the Idea. A good point takes me about 3 hrs. A quickie, about 45 min. My best advice is platforms, centerline, abrision, thin the high spots first. "& I alt bevel. Tower

Quickie? They're awesome!!

Man, I'd be tickled to death with one like that if it took me all day. :) Love your points.

Them don't look too quickie to me Don. I tried that the other day and after three for three (broken) in a row it was one of those find something else to do times :(. Great looking points as always..

Those are GREAT!! :o Maybe if I filet mine in half they can look something like that! ::)
-
WOW! I'd be proud to tie one of those on a stick.

Sir, I have just got to sit down with you and learn this. I understand the concept, it is just the execution that is getting me. That first one is what I am shooting for for hunting points.
Do you think the material has any 'effect'? "I have been going obs cause that's what I can afford.

Material plays a huge role in w/ pressure thinning. The first point is raw local & the 2nd is heated local.if a stone isn't wanting to cooperate I take it as thin as I can w/ percussion & then heat it.
