Just put the finishing touches on this bow tonite. I made it for a friends father, Tom Singer. Pappy you know them both, even if the name doesnt strike you. Its 63" ntn, 1 3/4" wide, 47# @ 27". Purpleheart tip overlays. Its finished in Pecan stain and sealed with ZIP Guard. I made his grandson an osage bow and plains quiver last year because he needed them both. Tom has been wanting his own since then. So PRESTO he has one! And thats why I will never sell a bow. Some day I will get a decent camera so you can really see what they look like.....

Very nice. I have seen some really nice white ash bows on here. The only ash we have down here is green ash and I don't think it is as good a bow wood as the white, but they grow straight as a string. That is a fine gift you are giving. I don't think I could sell one either. They are a little too special for that. Trade for something equally as special or just give em away. You make some fine bows bro.

Nice bow! I really like that style of a grip and how it transitions into the limbs. We're losing a lot of trees to the Emerald Ash Borer. I expect to see fewer and fewer ash bows on here. Shame.

Thanks guys. Tom deserves a good bow. He doesnt bowhunt, but does go to Elm Hall every summer and volunteers to help all he can.
Pat, I got lucky. Ash is not good luck for me either. Being light and long for a 27" draw helped it stay together Im sure.

He is delighted for certain Gordon. It started with his son wanting to buy it from me for Fathers Day. I told him to keep his money and buy a dozen woodies to match up with her rather. I will try to get a pic of Tom and his bow when Elm Hall rolls around in August.
