Title: Stringman 5 curve osage bow
Post by: criveraville on July 23, 2012, 12:54:04 am
I worked out a trade with my friend Stringman aka... Scott.. He made me a 45 lb at 28 inch osage 5 curve bow, 64 inches nock to nock.. The tips are cherry and walnut. The bow is a sweet fast, flat shooter that hits hard 8) 8) He put emory rat snake skins on her.  Here are a few pics of her.  Scott makes a fine fine bow and I am very well pleased with this yellow bow :o You can probably see me smiling now ::)

Here are a few pics taken by Dieog.. I love that full draw pic ;D

Thank you Scott!!!

Thanks guys, and thanks Cip! I love the way that bow turned out. Just a beautiful piece of wood start to finish. Those rat skins fit that bow to a "T!" But I do feel like I got the better end of that trade.

Scott

PS - I couldnt help but show this pic of the curves.  ::)

Yes she does  8) Scott actually came up with the name. A bow this pretty needs a name. I asked him what would fit and he said, Marilyn Monroe ::) Good call Scott.
