This is the bow I was having trouble with arrow rest. It's 57" ttt, 55 ntn, 1.5" at the fade tapers to 3/8" at the tips. 48lbs@28". The grip is saddle strap leather with artificial sinew high trim. This was my first attempt at a character bow, tiller isn't perfect, but it shoots well. Thanks for looking.

And full draw.

Beautiful shorty! That took guts with those knots! Nice bend...
Don

Thanks Don. Yeah she has knots all over the place. Here are some close ups.

Nice bend you got there Chad. Looks great. I can't wait to start my osage, maybe next month.
BTW, you active duty?
-
Nope. Did 13 years active, then finished with 23 in the reserves, now I work for Irving PD. Thanks for the comments and thanks for serving

Nice job Chad. I like it. Looks like a good shooter to me. You did well with the knots they look cool. Danny
-
Thanks Danny it shoots real nice.......nowbthat removed the arrow rest lol >:D
-
That's a huge handle area..... :o especially for such a short bow.
-
Well hello staff! Must be lots of Osage growing down in them creeks around Irving. That's a good looking bow! Go cut some more and keep on a scraping :).
-
It's all over the place, but it's all short stuff....short Osage is better than no Osage imo :-[
-
looks like you are getting a lot of bend out of those limbs. Nice work. Pretty bow.
-
Looks good to me.
-
Love osage with that kind of color in it and the knots add some good character to your bow. Nice job Sarge, hope to see more bows from you. :)

Thanks Greg I planning on several more. Got a real short Osage recurve with sinew back ready to start tillering this weekend. So it will probably take me more another month I go sooo slow ::)
