so i have a bow that broke and was wanting to turn it into a 3 piece take down bow, and i was wanting to make a good handle for it the ends for the handle are about an inch wide how should i go about making a handle. should i round the ends or should i leave them square??? im having some real trouble tryin to figure this out so i figured i would ask all of you

he didn't say it was a FG bow, just broke. there was a great thread recently about a cool 3 piece takedown. let me find it for ya... hold on...

somethin like that but i was going to put the limbs into the actual handle

How long is the handle section? People have just used two sections of pipe that sleeve together or you can just make a fiberglass tube with half bonded to one section and the other waxed to allow it to release after the glass tube cures.

i would say its a good four or five inches long possibly 6. the limbs have flipped tips nothing to much though
