Title: rock maple molly dimentions?

what is the shortest i could go for a 50/50 bendy @28-2"-1/4@ fades to2"@fade transition,or maybe this is a stupid design?the piece of maple i have is as near flawless that i have ever seen!thx's bobbyjoe!
