Title: Batch of Yew wood bows
Post by: ravenbeak on February 21, 2013, 04:19:39 am
Hi All,

We are preparing for a series of 3 trade shows coming up over the next month.  We have been busy in the shop trying to get stuff ready.  My wife snapped a couple photos of some bows drying on the rack after being oiled.   They turned out great and wanted to share them with those who appreciate good lines and wood grain.

There will be more time as the dust settles to show them off individually but for now here they are.
enjoy,  and all yew wood.

Holy smokes, those are lovely. I'd be proud as a bannie rooster to own one of your bows. Good luck with your show. Thanks for sharing.

Can't wait to see those in person, Jamie. Very nice bows! Here's what I'll be adding to the pile. A couple warbows, a couple tri-lams, and three ELBs. All yew, all laminates (mostly maple backed), all 70#+.
