Go to the bow of the month instead of the bows and look for the month that is being currently voted on ;)

You may have to check back in a few days.  The voting thread is not always posted right at the start of the month.  The people who organize and post the BOM contest are volunteers that have busy lives outside the forum.

The voting takes place over 7 days, so if you check in a couple times a week you will have plenty of time to cast your vote.  Usually a PM message is sent as a reminder as well.
