Title: where do you get your bamboo?

Had some trouble with franks. Looking for a better supplier.  Thanks   ;D

I just made an order with Frank.  I am curious what problems you had.  Mine looks great, but I haven't gone through the whole pile yet.

I have had good experiences with Frank also - - would be curious to see what went wrong for you?

Just lots of cuts across the back, basically unusable. Said he would refund me but didn't want me to order again. Guess I'm too picky for him. He might be right.  ;D I am picky about what goes into my bows.

i get my bamboo at the patch down the steet:)
River cane is a species of bamboo... the only one "native" to northern america.

   ;D most of us are not "native" to north America either. I wish there was some native wi bamboo in my yard. Maybe Some ipe trees too ;D

Jesse, I have a supply of switch cane that I cut from and oven dry. What are your specifications and I will see if I can match them?

I don't know why, but I thought you were talkin bout arrow bamboo... that's what I have.
