I told you guys I would post this a couple of week ends ago but got really busy with the Moses Lake Shoot then a land clearing project, anyhow I am working so now I have time to post some pics! The stats 58 in ntn 63 lbs @ 27 my draw, slk backed with strawberry guava tip overlays. I have taken a bunch of hogs and some deer already I like how the bow shoots and handles but I hate the handle I wanted to try a deep grip but I could not get used to it so I reworked the handle the other morning and a new finish is drying. I did not heat treat this bow or do any corrections with heat, it took very little set.

Don't get all worked up about the tiller in the pics I am posting from a iPhone and it really distorted the pics I have never seen that before ! And no I am not a dwarf! Even though the pics make it look like it.

That last pic is the 64 in 80lbs elm that I posted later sorry not trying to pull a fast one just got mixed up a little trying to post with my phone. I think this is probably pushing elm to its limits at 58in 62@27. It did not take much set but finger pinch and stacking are definitly an issue. Her is the photo I wanted to post !

I do like that bow, but I also have a soft spot for elm. I do wonder, why the silk backing?
