Title: Afternoon Delight
Post by: mullet on June 22, 2013, 06:22:44 pm
Elijah, seminolewind, came over, took me to lunch and then we chipped some points for a while. He couldn't stay long with all of the rain we have been having and he was on his Harley. I got lucky with these two.

Thanks guys, Bubby, you win, it's Jasper from Washington. It was nice to chip except for that concrete in the middle.

Thanks, TR. It's easy, just go to Tru-Value Hardware and get there Kosher Dill Pickle spices and follow the directions. I add more garlic and habanero peppers to mine, though.

You just add the spices, vinegar and water. Bring it to a boil and pour it in each jar prepacked with okra leaving a 1/2" head space. Then place them in boiling water for the allotted time for either Qts. or Pints.  Eat the next day.

Eddie:  beautiful points!  Do you give each one a personal name?  Like "Bear Stabber"  Or "Kodiak"  maybe "Hog Zilla"!  I have named a few in the past but only after they were successful!  Joe
