Title: carrot wood

 hello all,
             I got a nice piece of central fla  carrot wood just cut down last may.
             Yeah I know its grow season but, you gotta get it when you can
              sometimes. dimensions are about.... 55x4 with a bit of a nice recurve
              in one side.good and heavy garage kept no splits yet.

               nope I never made a bow out of it but coowahchobee did and rates it as decent.

Is that the stuff called Tuckeroo (Cupaniopsis anacardioides)?
