This one took forever to finish (one with the overlay problem), will be donated to an NRA auction our shooting club holds. Because I don't have a bow scale I just let the bow be the weight it wants to, this one came out way high, but the more I think of it the less I worry, the people at this event all want the biggest fastest and strongest things, and with it being 56#@25" I don't have any concerns if somebody wants it for pig or large game hunting. 62"ntn, skins are terminated with a strip of inner juniper bark.

Bow is canted, makes it look like it bends more in the handle than it dose.

NICE! Like the cause too!

Killer bow Newindian!! That baby is a good looker and I like the specs,(56# @ 25"), a real hunting bow that would easily dispatch big game in a hurry. Very generous of you to donate that fine handmade bow to a good cause. :)

Nice bow, love the handle detail
-
That is a sweet bow. I hope it starts a good old fashion bidding war, cause it should!
-
nicely done and for a good cause, very generous of you.

Very sweet bend on that one. Some lucky guy or gal will love it!!
-
That is a real nice bow. I am encouraged by the idea that there are some fine young people in this hobby we have.
-
Thanks for all the compliments ;D, thay have asked me to make another bow for the national convention in Indianapolis Indiana, the previous year had over an hundred thousand attendees
-
Nice bend. Good job with the leather work. Looks very clean and comfy :)
-
Very nice bow! I'd be a bit worried with a 25" tiller that someone might overdraw it for an auction bow.
-
Very cool bow, nice job. Finish work/tillerwork is great. :) I am with you on that adb,but also I have found that at most of these kind of events the folks that buy them have little or no intentions of shooting it. :) Sad but true. :)

awesome work! Best of luck on the auction!

Great looking bow and a great cause for it too!

I've drawn it to 30" on the tree, it's probably 27" in that picture, 25" is just as far as the guy at the bow shop could pull it down.

Nice work. I agree the skin and grip work is excellent. Donating to causes you believe in is a good thing.
