Title: Sheep horn glow

I was just fooling with my laser thermometer that shoots a little red laser light to get the temperature and discovered that the hard transluscency of sheep horn glows when I shoot it.Cooool huh.Her's a picture.

The horn is an overlay on the tip of a bow.

Kool..... now mount strobing laser tips on the bow.... and fiber optic backing.... now I am getting carried away.

It kinda shows how hard that sheep horn is really.I think it is a bit harder than gemsbok or buffalo horn.Maybe a bit more brittle than too.
