Title: First steel knife completed.
Post by: Stringman on December 31, 2013, 04:07:46 pm
Took some excellent instruction from Khalverson and managed to build this beautiful and stout little huntin knife. I've had a lot of positive feedback from friends and family and everyone seems to want one. Guess I'm gonna have to get some more files now.

Nice job.  Ya........I find many files in the thrift shops for like $2.00 up to $3.00 makes for a cheap knife.

I found the best place to get cheap, good files is at a pawnshop. Nice job, there ain't nothing like unzipping a deer you killed with a knife that you made.
