Man, that is a cool Grumley/Wirwicki bow, Matt. I love the levers with Grumley brush nocks. 8)
-
Very nicely done Matt, thats a real attractive bow and must be a pleasure to shoot as well.
-
That is just plain awesome mister. Thank you!
-
Very impressive bow - you did some very nice work! Would be worth the drive to shoot it just once!
-
Very Cool Matt. I hope you bring that baby to the Classic so I can get a close look at it.
-
I'm guessing it's backed with FG?
-
Very nicely done :)

That's great looking bow right there. Definitely want to do one with those nocks. Thanks for posting it.
-
That's an awesome bow Matt! Did you get any bows from the osage you got from me?
-
gotta love the look of a Grumley style bow at full draw! Just plain cool!
-
JW: Thank you! Hope all is well with you. Will you be making it to the Classic?
Carson: Thank you, yes. It draws very smooth. Its a pleasure to shoot.
PatB: Thanks again, Pat. The levers were fun. Once I got one done, it was tough to make the other match.
Bent: Thank you, Sir. It is a nice shooter, if I might say so.
DuBois: Thanks for the kind words.
Mitch: Thank you.
Clintster: We'll be there. Looking forward to seeing you.
adb: Thank you. Confirmed, no glass.
Idaho: Thank you.
bowsandroses: :) Me too.
lostarrow: Owned one myself, long ago. Wish tough times wouldn't have forced its sale.
DGF: Thank you, Sir.
Simson: Thanks again.
Folchetti: Thank you, Sir.
SteveM: Yes, in fact it was from that osage that this was cut.
Coyote: Thank you, for the kind words.

Hi Matt!
Can we get a "close up" of the brush nocks? It's a beauty and wow what a tiller. There are some down right mindblowing bows being shown lately. Angie asks about you all from time to time and asks about Ms. Heather. Hope to see you all again at the Classic this year. Angie is looking forward to spending more time with you guys, as am I.
Awesome bow, really beautiful to look at.

I'll get some more up, Stephen. Miss Heather and I look also forward to seeing you and Angie both again. It'll be upon us before you know it...
-
Matt, that is simply beautiful...I will be looking forward to seeing it at the Classic. I'm glad you and Ms. Heather have become "Classic classics".

That is a very inspiring bow sir. I love the look.
I'm curious if the lams on the back of the hooks that you make the string keepers from provide structural re-enforcement of the hooks? It looks like it would...

Beautiful Matt, just beautiful!
-
That has got to be the closest match to an original that I've ever seen, Matt. I have sinned, I covet Thee bow.
-
WOW,i want to see it in the spring Matt.tell Ms. Heather and the kids hi for me.
-
Nice job Matt !!!
Good to see ya posting and getting one done for yourself !
See ya soon ( give Miss Heather a hug for me )

That is a real nice looking rig Mr.W ;)
-
Matt, that tiller looks perfect! Nice job.
-
Matt, it looks great but....a black leather grip would.... ;)
-
Guy: Thank you. I'll extend the hugs to Miss Heather. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
Soy: Thank you, Sir.
Ryan: Thanks. It was a fun, though nerve racking build.
OB: He he, I get it! Black would look nice; I contemplated it since I do have some. ;)
-
I would sure like to see that in the next BOM contest. ;)
-
That is a beautiful bow. I have lately been considering trying one of those but will likely wait until I have a few more bows under my belt. I can see that alot of workmanship and skill went into it. On a side note, a few issues back when you won bow of the month it looked like you are wearing a Lapeer hat. Are you from near there? Do you know Matt Beard from the Lapeer County Bowmen?
-
Matt, I think that bow is alright, I'm not sure. I don't like to pass judgement on an empty stomach and I've grown fond of biscuits and Miller Jam but I'm out of Miller Jam! From my famished eyes it looks like a dandy! Hello to the Mrs. Ohio Matt.
-
Clintster: Thank you, we'll see. Maybe I will.
Woodbender: Yes, I do know Matt Beard and many other LCBowmen. I am about an hour from Lapeer. Have known those guys for years.
Whitefeather: Thank you, Sir. Will you be attending the Kazoo Expo? I believe that it is not this but next weekend.
-
way to step it up; good job on the resent projects matt
