So about a month and a half ago I steamed this handle to try and align the tips when I clamped it down it half cracked in a weird way I then just through it on the floor and then left it til now. Now does it look fixable ? Hopefully because this thing has a ton of character It would seem obvious that I could just clamp it down but the handle has a lot of checks in it

You could pop that off and glue on a new riser
-
pour some glue down in there and clamp it up.
-
How thick is the limb between the crack and the back of the stave?
-
Well it's basically impossible to clamp I cannot for the life of me get it clamped since the crack is right in the fade area it won't clamp with the odd angle so I guess the only option is pop it off
-
Did the same thing yesturday! I popped it and glued on a different piece. U need to make sure u have an island to glue the block on.
-
Get an innertube run some glue in it and wrap it up snug
-
I would warm (notheat) it up, let run in some epoxi (gets fluid when warm), clamp in vice and wait 24 hours.
that should make the job.
-
Super glue and clamp in a vice is what I would do, it is on the compression side so shouldn't be a problem. :)

That is pretty bad, I wouldn't trust it and suspect it will delaminate even with glue in the crack.
I made an errant cut with my band saw on a really fine osage stave a while back, put the stave back for years then decided to fix it.
I only had 1/2" thickness of handle area to work with so I glued on 1/8" strips to start. Once I got the handle up to about 3/4" in thickness I glued on a thicker piece to complete the new handle depth. I used Urac for glue.
You have to feather these strips into the limbs to keep them from popping off.

I made this bow in 2008, it is still shooting with no handle problems.
