Long time lurker, finally coming out of the shadows. Working on a BBI after literally exploding a mulberry short bow. This is for the fiance so shooting for 30-35 lbs when finished. Currently at full brace (5.5 inches) and pulling to 35 lbs at16". I am thinking I need to work the handle area at the fade out to 4".
The pictures are with top limb to the right.
specs are:
60" NTN
35lbs / 27" (hopefully)
1" at handle (4" non-bending) straight taper to 3/8" nocks

Yep, inner limbs/fades.

Yes aim for a circular tiller. Every bit of the limb should be bending the same amount.
So the inner limbs need to be bending quite a bit more.
Do a search for tillering gizmo. Use it and make the gap the same along the whole limb.

Sorry for the late response back. Got some time free and was able to finish tiller on the bow. Thanks for the help, I think it will work for the occasional stump shoots the fiance wants to do and hopefully get her more involved. Here is a pic on the final tiller. Now to put a finish on it and get her shooting.
Again thanks for the help.
