Had a chance to finish up a few more knives. The antler knife is made from a piece of purple sheen obsidian. Hard to make the "sheen" come out in a photo.

The second is from a piece of local Burlington that was heat treated to near 500 degrees. Turkey legs make one of the most unique knife handles I've ever seen. This one is capped with a piece of bocote and both of them are attached with pitch and sinew.

I'm pretty sure ol Jordan's just jealous. If in fact he is turkey bashin, I'll straighten him out if he ever come this side of the divide! >:D
Im planning to put a knife on the classic table again this year, just haven't picked my favorite yet.

I have to agree with ya Will, I like the turkey leg look, Scott, what kinda glue to hold caps on to the turkey. Lots of options come to mind for colorful cap combinations, keep up the excellent work. Bob
