Been working on a dozen and heres some pics of the first seven. 3 are two fletch amd 4 are three fletch. Self nocks, wild turkey primary feathers glued and sinew tied with some craft store bright colored feather tips tied into the sinew at front of fletching. I grooved the shafts to give 'em a more primitive look and to help keep straight, heated them over the stove and the paint is earth pigments. Got the shafts from echoarchery (an advertiser here) and am very pleased with the quality. These are spined at 40-45# and fly great out of the four different bows that I've shot them out of so far. I'm thinking they are gonna shoot great out of all my bows. ;) Here's a look.

What wood Greg? They look like great Greg arrows to me! I love how we all, unintentionally, have our own "look".

Those are great looking arrows Greg and they match your bows perfectly, they look like they are made to go together.

I'd call 'em fru-fru and girly, what with all the fancy featherwork and all....but they seem to be grouping pretty good and I ain't got eyes in the back of my head! >:D

Thanks guys I really appreciate all the nice comments. :)
Still have the other 5 finished shafts on the bench at the shop, still unfletched. The one part I don't like about making arrows is prepping the feathers. Need to get that done so I'm ready to shoot with my friends in a few weeks. ;)

Nice arrows Greg. i still need to try that style of fletching. I imagine it spins them nicely.
