Title: White Pine, Best Prep?
Post by: ncpat on April 24, 2014, 06:07:52 pm
Just had to cut down a white pine this week. I recall some posts that it is good for arrows.

How is the best way to prep the wood? Should I season the log 1st, then split shafts from it or split shafts 1st, then season? I think I read that about 3 ft is the right length to start with?

Thanks for any feedback.
