Title: quick dried elm?

I have a near bow stave roughed out that has been off the stump for about 3-1/2 weeks and it weighs in at a little under 22 oz.I leave it in front of a fan in the evenings and in my car when I'm at work.62" ttt ,1-1/2 @ the fades tapered to 3/4" tips and about 5/8 thick at the middle of the belly.it seems to be quite light in terms of 0z so quickly!any thoughts?   I fyou are going for about 50#@28" with a stiff handle and fades you will probably be between 18 and 19 oz finished. I would dry it at least another couple of weeks. The last few percentage points drop slower.
