Some mummies were found recently in the Atacama desert, which had some bows with them, which according to the article is extremely rare. I only see one picture of a bow, it looks to me like a typical west cost flatbow, sinew backed I would guess, and smaller for mostly hunting I would think. Here's the article, the picture of the bow is down near the bottom:

Edit: Wait, I think there is a bow laying next to one of the mummies also. It seems to have pretty recurved tips.

Yeah, I think that is one of those elongated skulls. Those are crazy, I wonder how they deformed their skulls like that.

They deformed their skulls like that by wrapping their heads in cloth and planks from birth, when the skull is still soft and not yet fused together. Pretty sure you can find articles about it easily. Kinda similar to foot binding.
